Six weeks after her last challenge, on 11-12 Aug Georgina joined over 1,000 intrepid walkers and runners, completing the first ever Wye Valley Challenge from Chepstow to Hereford.

Georgina decided to tackle two Action Ultra Challenge courses in 2018 – the first was the Cotswold Way walk in June, and now, she has completed the Wye Valley challenge. The aim of all this walking was to raise £2,000 for Cancer Research UK this year.

Starting from Chepstow, Georgina’s walk lasted 22 hours, taking her through 60 miles (100km) of scenic and rather rain-soaked Monmouth and Herefordshire countryside, finishing at Hereford racecourse early on Sunday morning.
